Did you raise your prices?
No. I have not had a price increase since I went up at the beginning of 2020 BUT I am using more product to get your hair back on track at this FIRST appointment therefore, there may be an additional charge for that.
What is your gratuity policy?
This is always a tricky one for me to answer. There’s a “you don’t tip the owner policy” out there. Yes I am the owner of the salon. However, I don’t have any staff working for me to help absorb the cost and all of my overhead comes out of the service I am providing you. Gratuities are ALWAYS appreciated but not always expected. That is at your discretion.
Do I have to keep my mask on the whole time?
Yes. Per the state guidelines you and I must wear our masks at all times. I have disposable ones available for purchase, if you don’t have one.
